Tubing Order

Tubes have been ordered!!!  I ordered tubes for 4 frames.  Initially there will be only 2 prototype frames built 1 for me which will be the biggest frame because I'm 6'4" then a standard 56cm frame for the rest.  Testing will be done by me and Chad Ragland who is a Baja Trophy Truck racer and former owner of Conejo Mountain Bikes.  I have another tester in Breckenridge Colorado but because winter is here testing in Co. will be halted until after mud season.

THE NEW SYMBOL OF STRENGTH

Black Heart Bikes ~ founded mid 2008 by Hunter Anderson Phoenix, Az.  Black Heart frames are currently being prototyped as a belt drive single speed/fixed gear frame.  The first run of frames  will be made in Phoenix, Az from Easton ultralite tubing with removable and interchangeable dropouts.  The dropouts are being developed by Brian Caulfield (Kavik bicyles) and the frames will be welded by Brian as well.  Machining will be done by Steve Carvajal at LDC.  This is truly an independently owned brand that has been fortunate to have top designers who think outside the box.  In the following posts I'll delve deeper into the players of the company and the birth of a brand. ~ cheers Hunter
